A modern & holistic approach to therapy

Telehealth therapy for Millennials, young adults, educators and youth across Massachusetts.

I am so glad you’re here!

Clients I sync well with are the deep thinkers and feelers, the “overly sensitive”, the perfectionists, the ones dealing with compassion fatigue and burnout, the ones experiencing relationship anxiety and the ones that feel lost and are working hard to discover and establish themselves. If any of these sound like you, welcome. I will guide you on your journey to healing, acceptance, growth and change. We all deserve to be ourselves unapologetically. Most of all, we long to be understood.

I see you, I hear you, and I am ready to start this journey with you.

Taylor Savignano, LMHC, CYT

My passion for wellness began at a young age and lead me down the path of pursing a career in counseling and certification as a yoga instructor. As a therapist, I weave together expertise, warmth, and humor to create a space for you to heal and grow. I know it feels scary stepping into the therapy world for the first time; if you’re here, know that it takes courage and strength to acknowledge that you are in need of support. My mission is to provide a safe and encouraging space of healing for my clients to regain control of their lives, discover themselves, and find meaning in their lives through honest therapy, support, and psychoeducation.

When I am not in the therapy chair, I enjoy hiking, gardening, yoga, reading and trying new recipes. I spend most of my time outdoors, exploring with my dog Raven.

My Qualifications:

  • Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts (# LMHC10000055)

  • Licensed School Adjustment Counselor - All Levels

  • Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT - 200 hour)

My specialties include

Relationships

Learn ways to navigate the relationships in your life through healthy communication and boundary setting. Enhance your relationships with family, romantic partners, coworkers/colleagues and friends.

Anxiety

You deserve relief from anxiety and chronic stress. Learn coping mechanisms and mindfulness strategies to manage your worries, break the overthinking spirals, and cope with anxious thoughts.

Self-esteem

You bring so much to the table. It is time to start feeling confident in the person that you are. Learn to become a confident decision-maker and step outside of your comfort zone, while also treating yourself with kindness and compassion.

Life Changes

Uncharted waters are a challenging place to be alone. Get support as you navigate new situations, career changes, moves, loss of loved ones, breakups, and relationship shifts etc.

Who I Work With

  • Millennials & Young Adults

Are you working to establish yourself, discover your identify, or define your relationships? Maybe you feel like you are having a quarter life crisis?

You may be questioning the path you’re on and constantly comparing yourself to others. This stage of uncertainty in adulthood can lead to anxiety, depression, self-esteem & relationship issues.

Together we’ll work through these challenges, help you find meaningful connections, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

  • Educators

Are you a teacher, administrator, paraprofessional or other service provider? I know the education world first-hand.

Are you leaving work exhausted with an empty tank, chronic stress, and intense “Sunday scaries”?

I want to support you in navigating the challenging times of working in education. You deserve a healthy work-life balance. Educator burnout is real and exhausting, I can relate. I am here to listen and help you work through the challenges you face day-to-day.

  • Youth (ages 12+)

Is your child struggling with anxiety? Are they having daily meltdowns, expressing worries, or avoiding activities they used to enjoy? Maybe you have tried everything and nothing seems to help.

Sometimes we can identify the trigger: changes in routine, loss of a loved one, a new sibling, spouse, school, or home. Other times, the triggers are less obvious.

I offer individual therapy to children 12+. I work collaboratively with families to help your child develop strategies to cope with anxious feelings, so your child and family can find relief.
