Therapy Services

Stop me if this sounds like you…

  • Do you find yourself feeling anxious, worried, or stressed most days? Maybe you’re dealing with burn-out?

  • Do you feel like you are having a quarter-life crisis?

  • Do you catch yourself constantly wishing you could change some aspect of your life (i.e. your relationship, career, living situation etc.)

  • Do you struggle with setting boundaries in your interpersonal and professional relationships?

  • Do you avoid new opportunities due to a fear of failure or not being good enough

Whether you are making a career change, losing an important relationship, navigating relationship dynamics, discovering yourself and your identity, I am here to help.

My goal is to help you process your feelings and find the tools to live a grounded and happy life. In therapy you will discover new truths, see different perspectives, address maladaptive patterns in your habits and relationships, and practice coping mechanisms to manage feelings of stress and anxiety.

We will work together collaboratively, so you can experience the change and growth you have been longing for.

Individual Therapy for:

Anxiety

Sometimes just having a safe space to speak about your excessive worries and the overthinking spiral is enough to help quiet the brain. Increasing awareness to our thought patterns is the first step in addressing anxiety. Together we will get to the root cause of your anxiety. I will help you start identifying the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. You will learn to identify the physiological symptoms when anxiety is present in your body. We will work to identify your anxious thought patterns and work on tools to break the overthinking spiral.

With patience and hard work, you will leave therapy with a tool kit of coping and mindfulness strategies to help you manage your anxiety and feel more in control of your mind and body.

Self-Esteem

If you’ve ever felt like you are not good enough, or felt unhappy with the person you see in the mirror, I am here to help. In therapy we will work through your self-image, feelings of shame, and self-doubt. We’ll create goals to increase your self-confidence and you’ll discover ways to treat yourself with kindness.

In time, you will develop self-compassion, take risks, speak boldly and discover parts of yourself you never knew existed.

Relationships

As humans, we all long for connection and love. Relationships are challenging in many ways. In therapy, we will assess your relationship patterns, through discussing your early attachments to caregivers and family members, and how these relationships may have an impact on your present relationships. We will address and disrupt any maladaptive patterns that have followed you into adulthood, by creating new patterns to increase satisfaction across the relationships in your life (professionally and interpersonally).

I am here to help you navigating your current relationships or process the loss of a relationship. We’ll discuss your relational conflicts, attachment theories, practice healthy communication strategies, boundary setting, and what it means to be vulnerable. We’ll uncover your needs to help you have a better understanding of yourself and who you are as a family member, friend, colleague, and/or romantic partner.

Life Changes

Change is scary. Therapy is grounding. I can help you sort out the narratives of “what life should be” to start identifying the sources of meaning and purpose in your own life.

We will work together to establish healthy routines and coping mechanisms to help you stay grounded through the transitions you are facing. Whether it’s transitioning to a new career, moving to a new place, starting a new relationship, processing a breakup, or deciding whether to expand your family and have children; we’ll work through your thoughts and feelings - processing and healing on your own timeline.

“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”
